Make sure you have hot Veg Oil going into your injectors. Our patent pending injector line heaters (pictured above) are guaranteed to get the job done. They heat the injector lines to over 200f in 1-3 minutes. The current draw is about 8 amps / 100 watts.   We recommend a contact area of about 4-6" on each injector line. Our 30" 100 watt heater will work on most 4 thru 6 cylinder cars with displacements of up to 3.5 liters (3500cc).  For V-8 (Ford / GM) and larger inline 6 cylinder engines (Cummins) use 2 100 watt heaters.  Price is for each heater is $30.00. This is the Fattywagons Tanktherm heater. Use a tank heater to make sure your WVO is liquid and flowing. Our tank heater has a heavy wall 1/2" aluminum coli for maximum heating. The suction has a heavy duty 40 mesh suction screen. Hot coolant circulates and surrounds the pick up tube and intake area for guaranteed heating. All of the cooolant connections are external to the tank.  A hole must be cut in the top of your fuel tank for installation.  Price $150.00 plus $10.00 for shipping. Each heater comes 20" long and is easily shortened to fit your tank. Minimum length is 6". Longer lengths are available on request.

 Tanktherm Jr.

This is our low profile version of the Tanktherm heater. Each heater comes 24" long and can easily be cut to size to fit your tank. Price is $150 plus $10 for shipping.

A-1-H Filter

This is the  A-1-H coolant heated (cartridge type) water separator / filter. It has all aluminum construction for maximum thermal transfer.  As the oil enters it passes through a  centrifugal water / debris separator / collector at the bottom of the filter. Hot coolant circulates in a jacket around the middle of the housing, heating the oil, which lowers the viscosity for easier filtering. Oil exits at the bottom of the housing. A high quality ball type drain valve is on the bottom. Three 1/4" wing nuts remove the top for easy, no mess cartridge changes. The overall height is 13", diameter is 5". Elements are about 10" in length. Seal is a heavy duty reusable buna gasket. The A-1-H filter provides superior heating and has several times the filtering area of most other similar sized WVO filters. A 10 micron cartridge is included with each filter.  Price is $335.00 plus $20.00 for shipping.

A-1-H Jr.

This is the  A-1-H Jr. filter. It has all of the same features as the A-1 (pictured above) but is only 7" tall. Cost is $300.00 plus $17.00 shipping.

 Hydrotherm HIH Fuel Line $120

Having problems with cold WVO? Our Hydrotherm15' long aluminum hose in hose engine coolant heat exchanger  /  fuel line heater heater will solve all your WVO heating  problems. Don't confuse our Hose in Hose heater with other Hose in Hose that use rubber or plastic  tubes or hose next to hose fuel line heaters...  We use a heavy wall aluminum inner tube for maximum heat transfer and durability...  Make sure to run your coolant in reverse flow  for maximum heat transfer. The outside rubber hose minimizes thermal losses to the outside air. Use 5/8" heater hose for the end connections. The inside tube is 3/8" heavy wall bendable aluminum tubing. Standard length is 15' Can easily be shortened for your requirements.

Single Tank Kit for Benz $250

Below is our simple single tank conversion system for the '77-'85 Benz diesel. This kit will only work well in warmer (60F and above) climates and only with pre-filtered WVO. This kit is not recommended for winter driving in Minnesota!

The kit is easy to install and comes with pre-wired components. Installation is relatively simple and takes about 3 hours. It is truely a "plug & play" installation. Contents of the kit consist of injector line heaters , Electrotherm in line heater, 12 volt 9 psi electric boost pump, stock in line fuel filter,  modified return fitting, and all wiring and hoses necessary for the conversion. The only thing you will need to cut is the fuel line to your liking. We also include phone support. This kit is meant to be used with pre filtered WVO. If you do not plan on pre filtering your oil, you will need an A1 filter in place of the Electrotherm in heater. Cost is $250 shipping included in the Continental USA. High Output Alternator for Early Benz W123 Chassis $180

Early Benz alternators are rated @ 55 amps and regulated @ 13.8 VDC. This was fine before we started adding goodies! You should keep a 100% safety margin where the output of the alternator is concerned. In other words, If you put a constant 40 amp demand on your electrical system you should have a 80 amp alternator to insure your battery remains charged. Another issue with the early Benz is that the alternator would not put out full rated voltage at idle. Again, not a problem with a stock car. Start adding even more goodies such as an upgrated stereo with an amplifier, crank the AC and go sit in traffic and your battery is left waiting to be recharged. My High Output Alternators help solve these issues in 2 ways. They are rated @ 85 amps and have smaller pullies that maintain a full charge rate even at idle. Best of all they are direct replacements and need no special brackets or electrical harness. Just take out your old tired alternator and replace it with the upgraded unit. Shorter fan belts may be required. If you can't adjust your belts to the proper tension get the next size shorter. You should always use new belts when changing any components so now would be a good time to replace them anyway. Price for the alternator is $180 shipping included in the continental USA.
